n Quality Assurance Commitment
1. Our company strictly observes ISO9001:2018 quality
management system and EU CE product certification standards, and carries out
product design
and development, manufacturing, testing and inspection in
accordance with relevant domestic and international advanced standards;
2. The quality control of products follows the principle
of all-round coverage from raw materials to finished products, from contract
evaluation,
raw material procurement, production, experimental testing,
document calibration, packaging calibration, until the finished product is
shipped,
strict process control, layer by layer checking records, quality
records with traceability;
3. Adhere to the principle of "zero tolerance for
quality" for the full inspection of the product, do not allow substandard
products to enter the next process, to ensure that
each product before leaving
the factory 100% testing, product quality is 100% qualified;
n After-sales service commitment:
1.Warranty period:
Free warranty service for the whole machine for 1 year from the date of purchase/installation of the product
2.Warranty Coverage:
(1). performance indicators that do not meet factory standards;
(2). Failure of the user under normal use and the environment meets the requirements of use;
The following are not covered under warranty:
(1). Consumables and normal wear and tear on machines;
(2). Human damage (including: incorrect installation and operation, abuse, negligence and self-modification problems);
(3). Damage caused by natural disasters, abnormal voltage or other force majeure.
3. After-sales service standards and hardware and software support
Standards
We are committed to adhering to the service standard of "Customer Satisfaction" and are equipped with the following hardware and software to realize this standard:
Hardware:
(1). Our company promises that all products are long-term spare machine, such as customer product failure, should be required to provide the corresponding spare machine, in order to avoid the risk of product failure to be repaired and unable to carry out work.
(2). Our after-sales service department has a team of more than 6 after-sales engineers.;
(3). Our customer service department, with two customer service personnel, can continue to follow up on product delivery, installation, use, maintenance and so on.
Software:
Our company has designed a professional "after-sales service system management software", from product delivery, installation, technical guidance, repair, until the problem is solved, to achieve a full range of tracking and follow-up, to reach the most rapid service to customers.
4. Installation
(1). Provide certificates of conformity, warranty cards, packing lists, factory inspection reports, manuals and other documentation and product installation accessory packages, users can independently of the product installation, use and maintenance.
